Embroidery Disclaimer

Some thread colors may need to be modified to ensure your design is clearly displayed on the color of the fabric being stitched upon.
For Example: Black stitching on black or navy blue will not show up well.

When adding text to a design our design team will choose the layout and thread color that we feel looks best.
You CAN choose all of the above if you'd like, but you MUST note your requests in the "Special Request Box" at the time of checkout! Also, please  make sure that your contact information is correct in case we have questions regarding your order or request.

Unlike most embroiderers we DO NOT charge a set up fee on designs you see on our site.
There may be an extra charge for custom designs or logos that need to be digitized.
No extra charges will ever be added without you knowing and agreeing prior to us processing your order.




Shipping

Currently we have a flat shipping & handling rate of $6.  Priority mail is used in most cases.
Shipping times vary. If your item will take longer than 2 weeks to ship, we will let you know.


Returns

As with most personalized goods, our embroidered items are non refundable.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU LOOK OVER YOUR ORDER BEFORE CHECKING OUT!
Check the item, size, color, design, text, etc.

If there is an item you are looking for that you do not see on our site, please let us know. We may be able to order the product you are looking for. Same holds true for embroidery designs. We carry too many designs to display on our site. We have access to thousands of designs unrelated to the nautical theme. All you have to do is ask.
